By downloading or using BodyTimeline – 30 Day Transformation ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the application.
BodyTimeline provides tools to track body transformation progress through photos, measurements, and nutrition tracking features.
The app offers optional premium subscriptions which unlock additional features.
Available subscriptions may include:
Payment will be charged to the user's Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and ensuring appropriate use of the application.
Users agree not to misuse the application or attempt to interfere with its functionality.
All content, design, and software associated with BodyTimeline remain the property of the developer unless otherwise stated.
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the application.
The developer reserves the right to terminate access to the application if these terms are violated.
These Terms shall be governed by applicable international laws where relevant.
